INGO International Insurance Group was created in 2004. Its strategic mission is to create a deeply integrated insurance community for the purpose of expanding cooperation in insurance and reinsurance operations. This will provide the clients of every company with reliable financial protection of their interests.
Our Objectives:
To increase capitalization of Ingosstrakh and INGO Group in general and of the companies they incorporate through development of international presence.
To strengthen the corporate governance system.
To create a favorable environment to benefit from the synergy effects across the Group.
Our History:
The international effort is a historically significant area for Ingosstrakh since the company was established in 1947 for the purpose of representing the interests of the Soviet Union abroad.
In 1997, the companies where Ingosstrakh participates in the equity were merged into Transnational Group Ingosstrakh (TNG Ingosstrakh). The TNG was intended to coordinate insurance and reinsurance policy, provide co-training of personnel, promote exchange of experience etc.
From its foundation, the TNG evolved into a commonwealth of insurers with closely related operational and commercial connections, while Ingosstrakh retained its position of the leader. The TNG was used as a platform for the creation of INGO International Insurance Group.
The signature of the agreement of incorporation for INGO International Insurance Group took place in Helsinki on 27 August 2004. INGO Group means accessing a new quality level of in-depth integration of constituent businesses. The Group incorporates insurers and companies rendering auxiliary services to insurers and reinsurers. The controlling stake is held by Ingosstrakh.

To adhere to a consistent insurance and reinsurance policy in respective national insurance markets within a common development strategy;
To channel a mutual effort in the streamlining of insurance technologies, development of consistent high quality standards of insurance services rendered to clients;
To act within a consistent and organic investment policy;
To coordinate other areas of business (business planning, HR management etc).
Cooperation:
INGO Group is open for access to new members. Ingosstrakh is ready to discuss various options of associated or restricted (limited) membership in specific areas where the cooperation is of mutual benefit.
