CJSC InWest-Policy

InWest-Policy Closed Joint Stock Company was established as a result of reorganization in the form of conversion carried out on December 23, 2008, and it is a legal successor of InWest-Policy Limited Liability Company registered on May 23, 2003.

InWest-Policy CJSC is a subsidiary of Ingosstrakh OJSIC; its authorized capital is RUB 3,518,907,655 allocated amongst the shareholders as follows: Ingosstrakh OJSIC – 99.999%; Ingosstrakh Life LLIC – 0.001%.

Core business of In-West Policy CJSC is investing activities and asset management for INGO Group.

In-West Policy CJSC holds shares in 23 companies (including 11 insurance companies) registered in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Austria.

The subsidiaries of In-West Policy CJSC are not only insurance companies but also companies specializing in trust management and medical services.

On 22.12.09 Expert RA rating agency assigned B++ credit rating to In-West Policy CJSC.
