Insurance company Ingosstrakh Life LLC is a part of the INGO group, and it specializes in the field of long-term insurance of life, pension insurance and accident and illness insurance.
The company became separated from Ingosstrakh OJSIC in 2003 in accordance with legislative requirements about separation of companies which deal with insurance of life and other than life insurance.
Ingosstrakh-Life IC offers its services through its own agency and in the largest cities of Russia and on the whole territory of the country through the subsidiaries of Ingosstrakh OJSIC. This gives an opportunity to render the insurance services, which provide reliable financial protection, to every person.
Ingosstrakh-Life IC is one of the leaders in corporate insurance. Over 800 Russian branches of international companies and large Russian enterprises selected the company as its insurance provider. The number of insured persons amounts to about 1 000 000 persons.
The total amount of the premium collected by Ingosstrakh-Life IC (including the deductibles of the National Pension Fund Ingosstrakh PF) for 2009 amounted to 674 mln rubles, including long-term life insurance – 318 mln rubles, accident and illness insurance – 356 mln rubles.
The amount of company assets as of January 1, 2010 amounted to 1 262 mln rubles, the accrual is 11%. The reserves of Ingosstrakh-Life IC reached 816 mln rubles. The equity capital amounts to 236 mln. rubles. The authorized capital is 232.5 mln rubles.
