Step 1: Choosing insurance policy (“Platinum” or “Platinum Express”)
“Platinum Express”:
If the value of your apartment lies:
within $300 000, including “walls”, finishings, equipment and movable property;
within $60 000, including finishings, equipment and movable property (i.e. without “walls”).
If the value of all your buildings located at the land plot lies:
within $100 000, including “walls”, finishings, equipment and movable property.
“Platinum”:
in all other cases;
if you are not satisfied with conditions of “Platinum Express” policy (for example, limits on the maximum sum insured or the combination of sums insured for supporting structures, finishings and movable property).
Step 2: Application for insurance (we are temporarily accepting no applications via the website)
If you have already registered at our website, insurance application will be sent right away. If you have not registered yet, the system will ask you to register and afterwards you will be able to re-send the application by pressing a relevant button.
Step 3: Our agent will contact you:
The agent will determine if there is a need to inspect your property. If you choose “Platinum Express” policy, there is no need for inspection. If you choose “Platinum” insurance, the question of inspection is considered individually for each case.
The agent will come to inspect the property when it is convenient for you. The agent will:
take pictures;
draw up a detailed list and description of property;
help you determine the real value of property;
make sure that all the necessary documents are available and consult about missing ones;
confirm individual insurance policy conditions with you.
The agent will issue an insurance policy:
Payment for the insurance policy is done in cash in rubles according to the Central Bank exchange rate for the date of payment.
