Our policy covers the following risks:
Unintended mistakes, errors, negligence of professional participator’s employees;
Technical mistakes entailing computer, hardware or software damage or failure;
Mistakes entailing breach of original documents storage conditions and information archiving methods;
Mistakes entailing partial or complete loss (destruction) of or damage to documents serving as the basis for entries in the register;
Intended unlawful (fraudulent) activities or failure to act by the employees of the Insured person (personnel disloyalty), including activities with false documents, and unauthorized access to computer networks of the Insured person aimed at the destruction, alteration (distortion) of e-data;
Intended unlawful activities of persons independent of the professional participant, including activities with false documents, and unauthorized access to computer networks of the Insured person aimed at the destruction, alteration (distortion) of e-data.
Insurance terms:
An insurance agreement is concluded for the term of no less than 1 year.
The minimum limit of liability (insurance premium) under the Agreement shall be 5 000000 rubles.
The minimum limit of liability per one insurance event constitutes 50% of the aggregate liability limit under the insurance agreement.
The maximum franchise – 3% of the liability limit but in any event no more than USD100 thousand or 1% of the own resources of the Insured person.
The reference annual rate – 3% (discounts available).
Additionally for registrars we offer insurance of the following activities:
Returning board functions performed by the Insured person at the general shareholders’ meetings of joint-stock companies, keeping registers of nominal securities owners;
Keeping registers of investment shares in unit funds;
Keeping registers of creditor claims in line with Federal Law No 127- Federal Law “On bankruptcy”.
Additionally for depositors we offer insurance of services related to the depositors’ activities:
Specialized depositor activity;
Insurance of a number of professional activities (including depositor) under one insurance agreement.
Please note that Ingosstrakh compensates for all the reasonable judicial and other legal costs incurred by Insured persons to defend themselves against the claims, suits and demands filed against them as well as legal proceedings costs in insurance events covered by the policy.
