Insurance against business interruption
This type of insurance is an additional coverage to the insurance of property against fire and related risks and enables the business to be eligible to indemnification of indirect losses incurred as the result of an insured event with insured property.

The amounts insurable per object are calculated on the basis of book figures of the company as annual average prorated to the indemnification period selected by the Insurant.
Insurable risks
The insurance covers the loss of net profit or fixed costs incurred, if such loss or costs result from business interruption (termination) following the destruction and/or damage of insured property as the result of any insurable event.
The insurance contract stipulates an indemnification period, i.e. the period starting on the date of the event resulting in business interruption during which the Insurant will collect the indemnity of fixed costs and lost net profit. The period is subject to approval by the Insurant and usually is 1, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
Liability insurance of a motor dealer (service center) for damages caused to a third party (including damage of a client’s car during repair)
This type of insurance assigns to Ingosstrakh all costs related to a company’s liability (motor dealer, service center) to the owners of cars for property damage caused during repair and/or in other instances, including damages caused to Visitors.
Insurable objects
Insurant’s property interests related to the liability to restitute the damages caused to the property, life or health of a third party, including Visitors, in virtue of applicable civil legislation.
Insured event
An event that is directly connected with the business of the insurant, such business being legal by law, and which is the basis, by virtue of applicable civil legislation, for lodging of claims by third parties, including Visitors, against the Insurant for the restitution of physical and/or property damages caused by the Insurant.
Top-up cover
Liability for intended damages caused by services of a service center.
