General recommendations:

• All proofs of loss should be submitted in written form by the Insurer or by her or his representative aware of loss details or by the person driving the vehicle at the moment of loss occurrence.
• The proof of loss should be submitted to Ingosstrakh Insurance Company within 7 calendar days since the loss occurrence.
• The damaged vehicle should be presented to a representative of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company for negotiation on further measures to settle the claim.

• The proofs of loss are accepted at Ingosstrakh Insurance Company offices in Moscow located at the following addresses:
• st. Bolshaya Tulskaya, d. 10 str. 9;
• st. Pyatnitskaya, d. 12 str. 2**.

 Offices business hours: Mon – Thu: 9.00 - 20.00 , Fri: 9.00 -19.00, Sat: 9.00 -18.00.

• State Traffic Safety Inspectorate certificate is not required in the cases of damage to paint-and-lacquer coating  of only one component, damage to body windows, exterior lights, mirrors, or antenna. However, if you doubt the estimations of losses it is better to call the policemen and execute the documents.

 * Materials valid only for Moscow and Moscow Oblast.
** Except the cases when you insured Third Party only at Ingosstrakh Insurance Company and the cases of vehicle theft.
