In the event of the vehicle damage at a car-park you SHOULD NOT:
Panic, remember that your property is insured.
Engage in conversations about the responsibility of participants, assume liability for damage caused.
Distort the circumstances of the accident if possible (change the position of transport means, remove the glass or mud traces, etc.).
Resolve to evacuate the vehicle without prior consultation with a representative of Ingosstrakh.
Resolve to pay for the services of repair institutions without prior consultation with a representative of Ingosstrakh.

1. In the event of damage to the vehicle or another vehicle’s collision with your vehicle you should call the road police to the place of the accident to issue a certificate confirming the fact of damage.
2. Recommended procedure:
Receive a report from the state traffic officer (or a copy of the report), issued on the person responsible for the motoring offence, and certificate No 12 with the list of vehicle parts damaged as a result of the road-traffic accident.
Fill in the Information of the accident in one of Ingosstrakh offices or remote settlement offices located at: Addresses of remote settlement offices(XLS, 78 Kb), as well as service stations of official motor dealers (for information contact: (+7 495) 956-55-55).
3. If you have only MOTPL insurance with Ingosstrakh the accident shall be reported within 15 calendar days as of the accident by submitting your part of the Information on the accident and a copy of the accident report to the Motor Insurance office of Ingosstrakh.
4. The damaged vehicle shall be presented to Ingosstrakh for examination. For assistance in the vehicle evacuation dial (+7 495) 956-55-55 to call the contact-center of the Motor insurance office of Ingosstrakh. If the accident took place outside the Moscow region, the damaged vehicle can be presented to one of our regional offices.
