In the event of loss (damage to) a vehicle as a result of fire you SHOULD NOT:
Panic, remember that your property is insured.
Engage in conversations about the responsibility of participants, assume liability for damage caused.
Distort the circumstances of the accident if possible (change the position of transport means, remove any other proof of malicious acts).
Resolve to evacuate the vehicle without prior consultation with a representative of Ingosstrakh.
Resolve to pay for the services of repair institutions without prior consultation with a representative of Ingosstrakh.
Type of insurance: Motor insurance.
1. Take measures to extinguish the fire, immediately dial 01 to report the accident and follow the recommendations of the fire brigade.
2. Apply for a certificate of the Fire Safety authority stating the cause of the fire and the reason of the resolution taken (if investigation materials are submitted to another law enforcement agency – a certificate from the relevant agency) and submit the foregoing documents to Ingosstrakh.
3. Discuss your further actions to settle the claim with a representative of Ingosstrakh.
