In the event of an acute health aggravation, injury, accident or other you need URGENT hospitalization:
A decision on the necessity of urgent hospitalization is delivered by an emergency doctor or your attending doctor in the outpatient clinic. In Moscow, if your attending doctor decides that you need urgent hospitalization, provided that you are subscribed for the Emergency Inpatient Care option, your doctor should contact the dispatchers of our subsidiary, OOO TIM Assistance. The dispatcher then sends an ambulance to the Insured person and files a request for placement of the insurance to an inpatient clinic. For insurance based other than in Moscow hospitalization is handled by our representative. Insurants are generally hospitalized to hospitals listed in their insurance contracts (for corporate clients, the list of hospitals is provided in the slip issued with the policy). The hospital is selected upon availability of vacancies at the time of referral, specialization of the medical facility and wishes of the Insurant.
