You may refer to any outpatient clinic (including special dental clinics) listed in your Insurance Contract (for corporate clients, the clinics are listed in the slip issued with the policy). For each outpatient clinic you will have a contact telephone number of the central registration desk you can use to know the reception hours and get an appointment) or leave your request for home care. When appearing at the clinic please make sure you have your policy, passport and pass to the clinic (if applicable).
