Please make sure to take all measures to prevent or reduce the scope of damages and save the insured property.
Please contact Ingosstrakh to notify of the occurrence of the insured event within five days from the time you learn about the incident (please make sure you deliver your claim personally, by fax, by e-mail: 2343660@ingos.ru or in any other manner). The claim shall be written by the Insurer in a free form or you can use our standard form(DOC, 56 Kb).
The claims are accepted in Ingosstrakh’s office at: Moscow, B.Tulskaya St., 10 building 9. Opening hours: Monday thru Thursday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, Fri: 9.00 am - 4.45 pm.
Please make sure you submit the following document to Ingosstrakh:
Copy of your insurance policy;
The original copy of your insurance claim;
Original copies of documents issued by competent authorities endorsed by a stamp and signed by authority officials;
A copy of your passport;
Copies of documents confirming your insurable interest (copies of title certificates etc).
Ingosstrakh:
After consideration of the documents issued by competent authorities Ingosstrakh acknowledges the occurrence of the insured event (in the event of the opposite, Ingosstrakh to draw up a motivated written claim rejection);
