In the event of a fire outbreak please make sure NOT TO:
Change the picture of the occurrence, i.e. the damaged property, elements of construction or interior decor shall remain as is.
You have the right to repair or otherwise adjust the damaged property upon the Insurer’s agreement if such repair or other adjustment is recommendable for safety considerations or takes place upon expiration of a two-week period after notification of the Insurer of the occurrence provided that the site of the occurrence is photographed or videotaped.
You should:
1. Take steps to extinguish the fire and save the insured property.
2. Immediately contact the fire brigade to suppress the fire and register the occurrence of the insured event.
3. Obtain a confirmation of the fire outbreak from the State Firefighting Service, such confirmation to contain an indication of the cause of ignition and its location.
4. Summon a representative of Ingosstrakh for inspection of the damaged property and estimation of the scope of damages.
