All claims for loss occurrence are submitted in writing by the Insurer or his representative having a good command of the loss event circumstances.
The claims shall be accepted in the office of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company at: the city of Moscow, Bolshaya Tulskaya Str. 10, build. 9, hall No. 1; working hours: Mo.-Thu.: 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m., Fr.: 9.00 a.m. – 4.45 p.m.
For a loss event to be examined, the original documents confirming the operating expenses are to be submitted.
