Indemnification under accident insurance

To receive such indemnification, make sure to submit to Ingosstrakh the claim with a description of the insured event, the insurance policy and the following documents:

For injuries and other damages to health:
Medical certificates (original copies) issued by abroad or Russian medical facilities;

In the event of disablement (invalidity):
A medical opinion on assignment of the degree of disablement (invalidity) issued in compliance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation (original copy);
An ID;

In the event of death:
Medical Certificate of Cause of Death (original copy);
Death certificate issued by the Civil Registry Office (original copy);
If there is no Beneficiary: documents to confirm accession.

Please NOTE!

The claim and documents for indemnification purposes need to be submitted to Ingosstrakh within 30 calendar days from the date of your return from the trip where the insured event occurred.

The documents drawn up in Russian, English, French or German do not have to enclose a translation. In case of other languages, please make sure to enclose a translation.
