Insurance terms:
Non-aggregate insurance amount, i.e. after the insurance compensation is paid the insurance amount is not reduced.
No special requirements as to the vehicle storage.
Insurance compensation is paid in rubles at the RF Central Bank rate as at the day of payment.
The insurance amount is calculated without the consideration of wear and tear of blocks and parts subject to replacement as a result of the accident, apart from the cases of vehicle theft, stealage and “complete destruction” of the vehicle.
The insurance policy holder is free to choose the insurance compensation (even after the accident): either paid repair of the vehicle at the best service stations or official world automobile producer dealers or compensation in cash.
Special compensation in the event of “complete destruction” of the vehicle: compensation is paid with the undamaged parts of the vehicle submitted to the Insurer.
In the event of minor damage to the paint coating, car body windows, exterior lighting system, mirrors or radio aerial (no more than one element, windscreen or part)no certificate from the road police is required. This applies to all accidents.
Reimbursement of expenses associated with vehicle evacuation from the place of the road traffic accident.

Collecting certificates
The accident documentation issue procedure as well as the list of events which are to be confirmed by a certificate from the road police remains unchanged. The program starts with the visit to the road police office to obtain a certain certificate. Then you need to “order” a certificate confirming the road-traffic accident. You need only to give the number of the policy, date, place and time of your visit to the road police.
Terms of the program implementation:
The service is free of charge with an insurance amount of over 30,000 rubles.
If your policy costs less you have an opportunity to pay an additional insignificant charge for collecting of certificates.
Expert’s visit to the place of the accident
The place is visited by the accident surveyor providing all the necessary consultations and undertaking negotiations with the road police officers. The surveyor also issues a referral for repair and you can immediately drive to the service station directly from the place of the accident. In this case you don’t have to visit the Ingosstrakh office.
Terms of the program implementation:
The accident surveyor visits the place of the accident on the territory of Moscow within 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road.
The service is free of charge with an insurance amount of over 80,000 rubles.
If your policy costs less you have an opportunity to pay an additional small charge for the accident surveyor’s services.
Roadside assistance
We offer roadside assistance to policy holders insured against the damage or car theft for an additional payment:
Filling-up If you have run out of petrol and do not have enough even to drive to the nearest petrol station you need only to make a single call to have our service station staff to help you out filling up the tank of your vehicle.
Battery charging or replacement We will charge or replace your vehicle battery (the new battery is paid for or supplied by the customer).
Damaged wheel replacement You’ve blown the tire? Our specialists will replace the spoilt tire. If you have no spare tire the damaged one will be removed and handed in to the tire fitting station. After the repair paid by the customer is complete a representative of the service station staff will adjust the repaired wheel to the insured vehicle.
Vehicle evacuation in the event of breakdown Apart from the options described above the program offers you the vehicle evacuation: in the event of an accident your vehicle will be transported to the service station or any other place indicated by you.
The service is available only under motor insurance sold in Moscow or the Moscow region.
Terms of the program implementation:
The evacuator arrives in the event of any type of accident all over in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Such services as the filling-up, battery charging or replacement as well as the damaged wheel replacement are provided on the territory of Moscow within 30 km from the Moscow Ring Highway.
You may choose one of the two program options: roadside assistance is rendered once or up to five times during the effective period of your insurance policy. And each time it is paid at a differed rate.
