Outpatient-health center services
Outpatient-health center services include:
- doctor’s consultations;
- diagnostic examination;
- treatment procedures.
Depending on the product the scope of services may include:
- visit by a doctor from the selected health center;
- dental services provided by the dental department of the selected health center;
- emergency call services provided by the selected health center;
- children vaccination according to the preventive vaccination schedule adopted by the RF Ministry of Health.
Outpatient-healthcare services can be provided to you in one of the following two variants. You can choose between direct health center contact and services provided on reference of the Personal GP.
Variant 1 – outpatient-health center services provided by one medical establishment of Moscow selected by you and you can contact medical specialists of various fields directly or on your GP’s reference.
Variant 2 – outpatient-health center services provided by one or a number of health centers on reference of the personal GP from one of the proposed medical companies. The personal GP develops an individual examination and treatment plan collecting the complete medical information. You visit all the medical specialists and examinations only on his reference. Depending on the program some medical services are rendered by the Personal GP and paramedical personnel at home, e.g. electrocardiogram, prescription procedures (injections, glass cups, etc.), sample preparation, vaccination.
Doctors’ Home Visit
Doctor’s Home Visits – is doctor’s help provided at home to persons who due to illness or health condition are unable to visit a health center and need bed rest and medical care.
Dental services provided by the general (multi-field) health centers or specialized clinics
Dental services can be provided in the dental department of the selected health center or in specialized dental clinics of Moscow supplied with the most modern equipment and materials. The scope of services usually includes general and surgical treatment, X-ray and radiovisiographic diagnostics, local anesthetic, dental deposits removal, physiotherapy, general treatment of parodontium, and does not cover the prosthetic repair and dental cosmetic treatment.
Emergency call services
Emergency call services can be provided by the relevant service in the selected health center or TIM Assistance Ltd., OJSIC “Ingosstrakh” subsidiary, within the Moscow Ring Highway or 50 km from the Moscow Ring Highway depending on the product.
In-patient treatment (emergency hospitalization)
Emergency in-patient treatment includes:
- emergency call services provided by OJSIC “Ingosstrakh” subsidiary TIM Assistance Ltd., whose brigades can arrive as far as 50 km from the Moscow Ring Highway and if necessary arrange for the transportation of the Policy holder to the in-patient clinic;
- in-patient stay and treatment in the event of emergency hospitalization.
The term of hospitalization is not limited. Besides if the effective period of your Insurance policy expires during your stay at the in-patient clinic, you are not required to pay additional amount for your overstay and treatment.
In the event of hospitalization of children under 1 year mother’s stay shall be paid for (if such possibility is stipulated by the in-patient clinic).
Personal GP and personal pediatrician
Your health is in the hands of the personal GP:
- depending on the program some medical services are rendered by the Personal GP and paramedical personnel at home, e.g. electrocardiogram, prescription procedures (injections, glass cups, etc.), sample preparation, vaccination;
- you visit all the medical specialists and examinations only on the Personal GP’s reference;
- the personal GP develops an individual examination and treatment plan for each patient collecting the complete medical information;
- consultations with the Personal GP are more reliable.
