Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Has Been Recognized as the Leader Among Insurance Companies in the Field of Online Sales

According to the results o the study conducted by the Skolkovo Foundation and VR_Bank, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company became the leader in online sales of policies for all retail types of insurance. The organizations conducted a joint study of the insurance market having assessed the degree of digitalization of insurance companies.

 The list of studied participants included 45 leading Russian insurance companies in terms of the amount of collected premiums (excluding compulsory health insurance) based on the results of work in the first half of 2020. All companies were assessed according to certain criteria that give an idea of the level of their digitalization: financial indicators reflecting the role and place of the company in the market, the availability of online services, the number of downloads of the mobile application (applications), the speed of processing requests in social networks as well as the willingness of companies to sale the policies online as well as to settle insurance claims remotely. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company entered the top 10 insurance companies in terms of digitalization in the overall rating based on the results of the study.
